Subject: Disaster Relief talk on NPR - 11/4/98

Stacie told me yesterday that there was a talk on NPR's "Talk of the
Nation" about disaster relief, especially with regard to Third World nations.

A quick search on http://www.npr.org/ turned up this URL, and a RealAudio
file of the 48 minute talk, which I'm now listening to.

It also is discussing the lack of clean-water, infrastructure problems, the
need to deliver shelter & relief by air, and the 7-9000 people who are
already dead from the storm.

Quite good so far. I recommend checking it out.
