Nolan,
    I have designed a fairly simple insulated EPS compound  curved paneled 
dome form system, which can be manufactured in China for around  $1300 for a 500 
square foot module.  I have been having trouble finding a  proper shell 
material to form an inner and outer foam core structural  shell.  Grancrete is 
nice, but it simply sets up too fast.  The EPS  form system was designed to easily 
support 20 p.s.f., so a 1/4" fiber meshed  lightweight shell would be no 
problem, with an extra 1/4" applied within 3 to 4  hours of the first coat. 
     If I can find a decent shell material, which  is reasonably priced, and 
easy to apply, then I hopefully can get the funding,  which is $40,000 for a 
full set of injected molded forms, for the male and  female slotted panels, 
which make up the modular domes.

       Right now, I simply paid for the  pentagon panel dome portion, for 
field testing of part of that system.  I  will attach the jpg photo file of the 
slotted pentagon panels.
