Nolan,
I have designed a fairly simple insulated EPS compound curved paneled
dome form system, which can be manufactured in China for around $1300 for a 500
square foot module. I have been having trouble finding a proper shell
material to form an inner and outer foam core structural shell. Grancrete is
nice, but it simply sets up too fast. The EPS form system was designed to easily
support 20 p.s.f., so a 1/4" fiber meshed lightweight shell would be no
problem, with an extra 1/4" applied within 3 to 4 hours of the first coat.
If I can find a decent shell material, which is reasonably priced, and
easy to apply, then I hopefully can get the funding, which is $40,000 for a
full set of injected molded forms, for the male and female slotted panels,
which make up the modular domes.

Right now, I simply paid for the pentagon panel dome portion, for
field testing of part of that system. I will attach the jpg photo file of the
slotted pentagon panels.
