I finally have my plumbing roughed in (and a working toilet!) Life is good.  
Existing Septic system passed inspection along with rough in plumbing.
 
I did or do have one issue though. My tankless hot water jeater (CENTON  
M777) failed inspection due to the fact that it was not ASTM approved or  
certified. All tankless hot water heaters here in KY have to have that.
